MLK GSA Federal Building
The GSA renovated Atlanta’s Martin Luther King, Jr., Federal Building, formerly a 1930s U.S. Post Office. The project aimed to modernize the workspace while preserving historical features. It achieved LEED Silver certification, creating a flexible, pleasant environment designed to attract and retain employees.
